Social Enterprise

IRL Education is a social enterprise, which means we are a commercially viable business existing solely to benefit the public and the community, rather than shareholders and owners. That means all of our profits are directed back into achieving our mission. 90% is invested back into our business, and 10% donated to our partner, OnCourse, a charity pursuing the same social objectives in Kenya.

Our sole purpose is to empower young people with the skills and ideas they need to be successful in life after school and ultimately become the leaders of tomorrow. We charge fees to cover our costs and grow our business, because doing so means that we’re able to reach more students and have a bigger impact in our community.

We’re always open to honest feedback and are constantly focused on improving our services because the only reason we’re doing this is to benefit the students we work with.
